IMPORTANT - Include Your Alias!
When you check out online, your ALIAS is required. This is how we match your payment to your membership record. If you don't have an alias yet, please enter "New Member" and we will attach your alias once you register it with SASS.

How to Join or Renew
Follow these three simple steps. Whether you're a new member or a returning cowboy, the process is the same.

Click the Join or Renew Button
Click one of the Join/Renew buttons above and select Single or Family Membership and you will be taken to the online membership form.

Complete the Membership Form
Fill out the online membership form and enter your payment information. This captures your contact information, alias, SASS number, and emergency contacts.

You're In!
Once your payment is processed and your form is submitted, you're a member for the calendar year. Show up to the next match, posse up, and enjoy the ride!
NOTE:
All Members - Keeping Information Updated
Any time your information changes, you will need to go to this form to update your information. If updating information only, you will not need to pay when submitting the form. This is the right step anytime you have a new address, phone number, email, emergency contact, or any other relevant changes.

When does membership run?
Membership runs from January 1 through December 31 each calendar year.
What's the difference between Single and Family Membership?
Single ($25/year) covers one individual member. Family ($35/year) covers all cowboys and cowgirls in your household — spouses, partners, and dependents — under one fee. Family is almost always the better value if more than one person in your home participates.
Do I need a SASS number to join?
A SASS (Single Action Shooting Society) number is required to participate in sanctioned matches. If you don't have one yet, you can register at sassnet.com. New members can join the club before having a SASS number — just note it on your form and we'll work with you.
What if I miss the January renewal window?
No worries — you can renew at any time during the year. Your membership will still be valid through December 31 regardless of when you renew. Contact us if you have questions about your renewal status.
Can I still mail in a paper form?
We strongly encourage using the online form — it's faster and ensures we receive it right away. However, if you prefer a paper form, you may print and mail it to us using the mailing address on the contact us page.
How do I know my membership is confirmed?
You'll receive an email receipt when your payment processes. Once we've matched your form to your payment, your membership is active. If you ever have questions about your status, please contact us.
